The Safari Club International is the hunters organization with the highes growth rate in the whole world.
Establishes in the United States in 1971, today the Club has about 45.000 members and more than 180 Chapters.
The Members are hunters of international renown and not: what keeps them united is the love for hunting, the defence of hunters' rights and of renewable resources. The object of the Club is that hunting should be transmitted to the future fenerations and that fauna should prosper. Therefore the Club's motto is "conservation of fauna and protection of the hunters' rights".
At the basis of the birth of the Safari Club there was the convinction that hunters are the best protectors of fauna. In addition, the Club's aim is to reintroduce, study and protect animal species in danger of extinction which, quite probably, will not be hunted.
